The Continuation by the Second Generation
32 years later, after Param Pujya Dadashri attained the Brahmalin state (passed away), his son, Param Pujya Pitashri Swami Shri Rishirajji Chunilal Agnihotri, completely renounced the material world. On Bhadrapad Purnima (September 29, 1966), he accepted the Agnihotra Deeksha, dedicating his existence entirely to Yagna Narayan.
Despite his ascetic life, his literary and spiritual contributions were monumental:
• Literary Masterpieces: He gifted society with several Sanskrit poetry collections and texts, including Agneyah, Secular Champu, Omkara Brahmagitam, Adhyatmamathanagitam, Gitashankaram, and Agnihotram. These texts have served as foundational research for M.Phil and Ph.D. scholars.
• Spiritual Penance: He completed over 60 crore Japa chants during his sadhana, embodying the profound sutra "Japat Siddhih, Japat Siddhih" (Perfection through chanting).
• Sannyasa Deeksha: He received the Kutichaka Sannyasa Deeksha from the Kanchi Kamakoti Peethadhishwar Jagadguru Shankaracharya, Shri Jayendra Saraswati Swamiji.
• Final Journey: Having walked the path of ultimate detachment, he departed for the path of Moksha and became Brahmalin on Kartik Sud 3 (November 6, 2013).
The Present and Future Custodians
Earlier, upon the Brahmalin departure of revered mother Jyotsnaben on Fagan Vad 10 (March 28, 1992), Param Pujya Pitashri Rishirajji formally initiated Prof. Dr. Yogendra Rishiraj Agnihotri into the Agnihotra tradition, passing down the responsibility of this radiant lineage. By his blessings, this divine practice continues flawlessly today, with the next generation, Chi. Agneya, standing ready to take the Deeksha and become a traveler on this path of sadhana in the future.
